Prizma’s assurance department is specialized in performing independent audit, review and compilations works as well as business advisory services depending on its clients needs. We are experienced in:

• Carrying out independent audits in accordance with standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Committee,
• Performing independent audits in accordance with Turkish accounting standards and accounting practice,
• Carrying out independent audits, review and compilations in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and generally accepted accounting principles. These standards could either be accepted nationally (Turkish) or internationally.
• Helping clients with understanding of regulations and legislations such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Turkish Accounting Standards (TAS) as well as reconciliation between legal financial statements and reporting statements to headquarters.
• Performing due diligence works in pre-acquisition stage,
• Provide owners and management with objective financial analysis and insights to enable well-informed business decisions,
• Identify ways to optimize financial reporting systems and improve internal controls,
• Carrying out business valuations in different industries for mergers and acquisitions.
