Aycan Atabay

He is the co-founder of Prizma, a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Financial Consultants (Yeminli Mali Müşavir) since 1997 and a licensed auditor at Turkish Capital Market Board. He has been an audit partner, a vice president, CFO and member of Management Board of a foreign company, before creating Prizma in 2002.
During his early professional career, he has been responsible for audit works in an international big four company in Turkey and in Gulf countries, had experienced in banking industry and had managed financial and investment operations in Eastern Europe and Turkey. He has international experience in accounting and finance, privatization, business acquisition & valuation and company creation, start-ups.
Aycan, holds an MBA degree from the Bogazici University in Istanbul and a BA in Business Administration from the same university. He is fluent in English and French.

Sezin Tunakan

Sezin is a member of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants of Istanbul since 1994, co-founder of Prizma. She had a solid career in accounting, payroll and tax matters spreading over 25 years of professional experience in many industries.
She had been group director of accounting in a holding company and accounting manager in her previous career before Prizma. She gained experience in business services and she is actively dealing with serious accounting matters, problematic payroll issues and coordinates tax office and social security relations.
She holds a BA degree, in Business Administration Faculty from Istanbul University and is a licensed CA.
